Accirro, a leading global recruitment platform, is partnering with Fintech firm to hire a Senior Backend Engineer. You will challenge the complexity in the employee benefit domain and constantly deliver value to our users by building reliable and scalable software.

You will:

• Design, implement features with full ownership using Python and Django
• Integrate payment APIs and transaction handlers
• Take ownership of our benefits management platform
• Expand infrastructure within AWS through new service deployments
• Identify and solve problems, coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Ensure security best practices are applied in all projects

You have:

• Strong Python and Django experience
• Deep architectural and design pattern expertise
• Experience building secure web apps and infrastructure
• Agile and lean ways of working
• Excellent communication skills
• AWS experience (EC2, S3, etc)
