Our client, an innovative British technology company, is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their team remotely. You will manage, operate, and support a suite of .NET web applications in a cloud environment.

In this role, you will:

• Support .NET apps running on IIS, Windows Server, and SQL Server
• Manage VMWare environments and troubleshoot issues
• Tune performance of .NET, Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server
• Analyze logs and errors using Elastic, Rollbar, etc
• Provide technical support to B2B customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience supporting .NET development environments
• Solid grasp of C#, .NET, Windows Server administration
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
