Salary: £27,500 – £32,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to acutely ill patients
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Mentor junior staff and student nurses
- Ensure accurate documentation and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- NMC registration with no restrictions on practice
- Experience in acute care (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends
